The Governor of Mandera County has appointed Aden Issak Dika, Hussein Hassan Derow, Mohamed Abass Ismail, Abdia Issak Mahamed, and Hussein Madey Adhaan as Members of the Mandera County Public Service Board for a six-year term effective from 30th March 2026.

Mandera County – Mandera Water and Sewerage Company Limited 

The Governor of Mandera County has appointed Fatuma Hassan Abdulla as a Member of the Board of Mandera Water and Sewerage Company Limited for a three-year term effective 6th April 2026. 

The Governor of Kajiado County has established the Amboseli Advisory Unit to oversee the transfer and management of Amboseli National Park from the National Government to the County Government, including coordination of financial and human resource functions. 

The Governor of Uasin Gishu County has appointed members to a Selection Committee to oversee the competitive recruitment of the Chairperson and Board Members of the County Public Service Board, effective from 13th February to 20th April 2026. 

The Governor of Bomet County has appointed Ernest Kiprotich Cheruiyot, Chepkirui Ridha, Chebet Mercy, Edwin Kiprono Kirui, Duncan Kipng’etich, Kirui Kiplang’at Josphat, Francis Kibet Cheres, alongside relevant county officials, as Members of the Bomet Municipality Board for a five-year term effective 18th March 2026. 

The Speaker of the County Assembly of Kisumu has notified Members and the public of a special sitting to be held on 14th April 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Assembly Chambers to consider and approve the Kisumu County Supplementary Budget FY 2025/2026 and the Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2026.

The County Executive Committee Member for Finance has appointed members to the Elgeyo Marakwet County Pending Bills Committee for a three-year term, with Dr. Collins Kapkiyai as Chairperson. 

The County Government of Machakos has issued notice of its intention to prepare Local Physical and Land Use Development Plans for 82 towns, inviting public submissions within 21 days.
