Murang’a County has gazetted nine health facilities across Kahuro, Gatanga, Kangema, Kigumo, Kiharu and Maragua sub-counties. All are designated as dispensaries and classified as KEPH Level 2 facilities. The notice is dated 14 September 2026.

| SAMBURU | The Constitution of Kenya & County Governments Act (Cap. 265) – Upgrading of Health Facilities
Samburu County has upgraded eight health facilities to dispensaries across Samburu Central, Samburu East and Samburu North sub-counties to improve devolved health service delivery. The facilities include Morijoi, Ngari, Lodokejek Gok, Silango Nanyokie, Lpus, Lopesiwo, Keree and Lkwasi. The notice is dated 30 September 2026.

| MARSABIT | The County Assembly of Marsabit Standing Orders – Declaration of the Precincts and Internal Relocation of the Plenary Chamber
The Marsabit County Assembly will relocate all plenary and committee sittings to the new County Assembly Chamber behind the main Assembly block, adjacent to the County Commissioner’s office, effective 13 October 2026. Sittings will no longer be held in the former ground-floor chamber, while all other Assembly buildings, offices and grounds will remain part of the Assembly precincts.
