Uasin Gishu The Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019 has been completed for the existing site for P.C.E.A. Township Academy in Soy, Uasin Gishu County. The plans, which relate to land, have been deposited for public inspection at the County Director’s office and Ward Administrator’s offices. The plans are available for free inspection between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Interested parties can make representations or objections to the plans in writing to the County Executive Committee Member within 60 days of publication. Any objections must state the grounds on which they are made.

The development plans for A.I.C Church, Simbi, Borderlands, and Nangara Falls have been completed and are now available for public inspection at the County Director in charge of Physical and Land Use Planning and Ward Administrator. The plans cover land in the County of Uasin Gishu. Interested parties can make representations or objections to the plans in writing to the County Executive Committee Member within 60 days of publication. Any objection must state the grounds on which it is made. The plans are available for free inspection between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Mombasa The Mombasa County Water and Sewerage Services Act, Appointment. Several members have been appointed to the Board of Mombasa Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited (MOWASSCO) for a three-year term, effective from 20th September, 2024. The appointment is in accordance with the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (b) of the Act. The appointment was made by the County Executive Committee Member for Water, Natural Resources and Climate Change Resilience.
The Mombasa County Legislative Supplement (No. 3 Of 2019)- Appointment The County Executive Committee Member for Health has appointed Zainab Jaffer, Bishop Zachariah Mwagandi, Nabila K. Mazrui, Jay Vinodkumar Patel, Ummu Fakhy Kombo, Swaleh Mwalizuma, and Shem Patta as members of the Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital (CGTRH) Board for a three-year term starting from 20th September, 2024.
The Physical And Land Use Planning Act (No. 13 Of 2019)- Intention To Plan

The County Government of Mombasa, in collaboration with the Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, is planning to prepare local physical and land use development plans for the Basra Informal Settlement in Likoni Sub-County, Mombasa County. This exercise is part of the Kenya Informal Settlements Improvement Project (KISIP2), aimed at improving access to basic services and land tenure security for residents in urban informal settlements. The planning exercise will involve establishing settlement boundaries, community mobilization, enumeration of residents, and social economic surveys. The plans will form the basis for regularizing land tenure and improving basic infrastructure within the settlements. All stakeholders are invited to participate in the planning process.

Kajiado The Physical And Land Use Planning Act (No. 13 Of 2019) – Completion Of Development Plan

The development plan for existing commercial plots in Ongata Rongai Township, Kajiado County, was completed on August 13, 2024. The plan is available for public inspection at the County Director of Physical Planning’s office in Kajiado Town. Interested parties can submit written representations or objections to the plan by submitting them by 14 days from the notice date. The objections must state the grounds on which they are made. The copies of the plan are available for free inspection.
