The National Land Commission (NLC) has issued a notice of inquiry for the compulsory acquisition of Parcel No. MN/III/13 (1.9406 hectares) to facilitate the dualling of the Nyali Bridge–Mtwapa–Kwa Kadzengo–Kilifi (A7) Road in Kilifi County. The inquiry will be held on 24th August 2026 to consider the propriety of the acquisition, compensation for affected parties, and any other relevant issues.
