The President has appointed Olang’o Onudi (DR.) to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 7th November 2025.

THE AUCTIONEERS’ ACT (Cap. 526) APPOINTMENT

The Chief Justice has appointed Njeri Thuku, Festus Terer and Harrison Barasa to be the chair, secretary and members of the Auctioneers Licensing Board, for a period of (3) years, with effect from 10th November 2025. The *appointment of Felix Kombo, Antony Mwicigi and Stella Atambo is revoked.

The Cabinet Secretary for Health has appointed Mary Nafula, Julius Lamaon (Dr.), Benson Nyambega (Dr.) and Anne Korir to be the Members of the Board of Trustees of the National Cancer Institute of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 7th November 2025.

THE MENTAL HEALTH ACT (Cap. 248), KENYA BOARD OF MENTAL HEALTH, APPOINTMENT

The Cabinet Secretary for Health has appointed Linett Ongeri (Dr.), Simon Githui, Harun I. Hassan (Dr.) and Dennis Wamalwa (Dr.) to be the Members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Board of Mental Health, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 7th November 2025.

The Cabinet Secretary for Health has re-appointed Beatrice M. Maingi (Dr.) as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Board of Mental Health, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 7th November 2025.

THE PHARMACY AND POISONS BOARD ACT (Cap. 244), PHARMACY AND POISONS BOARD, APPOINTMENT

The Cabinet Secretary for Health has appointed Maurice K’Odhiambo (Dr.), Tadudi Aly Omar (Dr.) and Serah Mutu Kisilu to be Members of the Board of Directors of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 7th November 2025.
