Notice as follows: The Supreme Court Easter recess will commence on Thursday, 26th March 2026, and terminate on Wednesday, 8th April 2026, both days inclusive. The Registrar of Companies has notified the public of the intended dissolution of certain companies. THE PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING ACT (Cap. 59A) FORFEITURE
The Registrar of the High Court has notified the public that the High Court issued forfeiture orders in an anti-corruption case, finding that funds held by Antoren Investments Limited are proceeds of crime and ordering their forfeiture to the Government through the Assets Recovery Agency. The court directed transfer of the forfeited funds to the Criminal Assets Recovery Fund, ordered the first respondent to bear the costs of the suit, and dismissed the claim against the second respondent.
THE PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING ACT (Cap. 59A) PRESERVATION ORDERS
The Asset Recovery Agency has notified the public that the High Court issued preservation orders restraining Medallion Properties Limited and HFC Limited from dealing with funds held in an account pending investigations. The orders were issued ex parte by the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Division and will remain in force for a limited period, during which the respondents may apply to the court to contest any subsequent forfeiture proceedings.

The Teachers Service Commission has notified the public that several teachers were removed from the Register of Teachers following disciplinary proceedings, with effect from 29th December, 2025, and has reiterated that only registered teachers may lawfully engage in teaching or be employed to teach.
