INVITATION TO A STAKEHOLDER VALIDATION FORUM ON THE DRAFT WILDLIFE CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT (ACCESS AND CONSERVATION) (FEES) REGULATIONS, 2025
The proposed Regulations provide for fees payable for access and conservation of national parks, national reserves, national marine parks, national marine reserves and national
sanctuaries. The forum to discuss this will be held on 11th September, 2025 at Kenyatta International Convention Centre, KICC (Amphitheatre) starting 9.00 a.m.
THE OATHS AND STATUTORY DECLARATIONS ACT (Cap. 15), APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS
One hundred and eight (108) Advocates of the High Court of Kenya were appointed to be Commissioner for Oaths for as long as they continue to practice as such Advocates and the Commission is not revoked.
THE UNCLAIMED FINANCIAL ASSETS AUTHORITY, NO OBJECTION
The Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA) has received claims for unclaimed assets from persons claiming as administrators of the estates of deceased persons and agents from the original owners. UFAA has also received claims for unclaimed assets from persons who, through sworn affidavits, have indicated that the original policy documents have been lost. Notice is given that if no objection has been lodged at the offices of the Authority within thirty (30) days of the date of the publication, payment will be made to the aforementioned persons.
THE MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS AND DENTISTS ACT (Cap. 253), UNREGISTERED AND UNLICENSED PREMISES
The Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council, notifies the public of 544 premises that were closed for being used as a health institution without being duly registered or licensed. They have also revoked the operating licenses of 454 health facilities located in various counties.
THE COMPANIES ACT (Cap. 486), INTENDED DISSOLUTION
The Registrar of Companies gives notice of companies that shall be struck off from the Register of Companies within three months from the date of publication of this notice, and invites any person to show cause why the companies should not be struck off.
The Deputy Registrar of Companies gives notice of companies that are dissolved and their names have been struck off the Register of Companies.
