The Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya designates Judicial Officers as Adjudicators in any proceedings under the Act in the areas of jurisdiction of their current court stations and future stations deployed from time to time, for a period of twelve (12) months, with effect from 1st September, 2025.

The Cabinet Secretary for Education has appointed Edna Musyoki (DR.) to be a Member of the Council for the Kenya Education Management Institute, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 26th September 2025.

THE BIOSAFETY ACT (Cap. 320) NATIONAL BIOSAFETY AUTHORITY, APPOINTMENT

The Cabinet Secretary for Education has appointed Lucy Jepchoge Rono (DR.) to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Biosafety Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 29th August 2025.

THE STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS ACT (Cap. 2A), REGULATORY IMPACT STATEMENT

The Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, pursuant to section 8 (1) of the Statutory Instruments Act, has prepared a regulatory impact statement on the impacts and likely impacts of the proposed Forest Conservation and Management (Concessions on Public Forests) Regulations, 2025. Any person likely to be affected by the proposed Regulations may submit a written memorandum on the proposed Regulations within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.

THE LAND ACT (No. 6 of 2012), EASTERN MISSING LINK ROADS IN NAIROBI, ADDENDUM AND INQUIRY
