The Cabinet Secretary for Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage has gazetted the Mgeno Wildlife Conservancy Integrated Conservation Management and Action Plan, 2021–2030.

 

A list of persons/firms have been licensed to operate as Qualified Water Resource Professionals/Consultants for the year 2023 has been gazetted under the Water Act

(No. 43 of 2016) and the Water Resources Regulations (L.N. No. 170 of 2021).

 

A list of companies licensed to operate as qualified water resource contractors for the year 2023 under the same regulations has been gazetted. 

 

Under The Engineering Technology Act, 2016 the registrar has published particulars of all the registered and validly licensed persons or firms and their categories of registration. 

 

The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has set out amendments to the Schedule of Tariffs, 2023, prescribing the tariff, charges, prices and rates to be charged by Kenya Power and Lighting Company Limited to the consumers for electrical energy they consume Pursuant to

Section 11 of The Energy Act, 2019

 

Under the National Government Constituencies Development Fund Act (No. 30 of 2015) the National Government Constituencies Development Fund Board appoints, with the approval of the National Assembly, the members of the National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee set out in the First Schedule, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from 17th April 2023. 

 

The Retirement Benefits Authority has issued the guidelines set out in the Schedule that shall apply to trustees’ remuneration policy and scheme expenses.

 

The Director-General of the Communications Authority has gazetted applicants who, pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998, have made applications to the Communications Authority of Kenya for the grant of the licences.

The Authority wishes to notify the general public that any legal or natural person, or group of individuals, who are desirous of making any representation and/or any objection to the said applications, to do so vide a letter addressed to: The Director-General, Communications Authority of Kenya, CA Centre, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 1444– 800800, Nairobi, indicating the licence category on the cover enclosing it.

 

The Chairperson, Co-operative Tribunal has published the Co-Operative Tribunal Sessions for 2022-2023 for a number of towns in the country. 

 

The Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority has received claims for unclaimed assets from the following persons claiming as administrators of the estates of deceased persons and agents of the original owners. Further take notice that if no objection has been lodged at the offices of the Authority at the address given within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, payment will be made to the aforementioned persons.
