The Communications Authority of Kenya hereby informs the public that eight (8) licensees appealed the revocation of their licences and have addressed the regulatory requirements that necessitated issuance of the revocation notice. Notice is given that pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya and Communications Act (Cap. 411A) Laws of Kenya, that the Communications Authority of Kenya shall within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice to re-instate licences.
