APPOINTMENTS
The Governor of Kwale County, has appointed new County Chief Officers.
The Registrar of Political Parties has given notice that the following persons were elected to the Steering Committee of the Political Parties Liaison Committee (PPLC) on 4th February. 2021:
- Evans Misati
- Jimmy Kuria
- Ann Nyamu Kina
Any person with written submissions concerning the election of the above named persons are required to, within seven (7) days from 13th May 2021, deposit them with the Registrar of Political Parties.
ENERGY SECTOR
FUEL ENERGY COST CHARGE- Prices for electrical energy specified in the Gazette will be liable to a fuel energy cost charge of plus 292 Kenya cents per kWh for all meter readings to be taken in May 2021.
FOREIGN EXCHANGE FLUCTUATION ADJUSTMENT- Electrical energy specified in the Kenya Gazette will be liable to a foreign exchange fluctuation adjustment of plus 66.94 cents per kWh for all meter readings taken in May 2021.
WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY LEVY- Prices for electrical energy specified in the Kenya Gazette will be liable to a Water Resource Management Authority (WRMA) levy of plus 1.96 cents per kWh for all meter readings taken in May 2021.
INSOLVENCY
The Registrar of Companies has given notice that the names of the companies specified in the gazette shall be struck off from the Register of Companies at the expiry of three months from the date of publication of this notice-13th May 2021, and has invited any person to show cause why the companies should not be struck off the Register.
PUBLIC SECTOR
Teachers Service Commission has notified the removal of some names from the Register of Teachers.

The Chairperson of the Co-operative Tribunal has notified the general public of the Tribunal’s Calendar of sittings outside Nairobi during the Financial Year 2021/2022
