Appointments 

1. The President has appointed Joseph Kimani Ngacha (Eng.) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Water Sector Trust Fund, with effect from the 16th of June 2023, up to the 4th of August 2025 revoking the appointment of Abdalla Hassan Abdalla.
2. The President has appointed Symon Kimaru Maina to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority, Rodgers K. Chepkwony, Simon Ngugi Mwihaki, Bernard Kipsengeret Koros and Amina Shaban Mohamed as members of the Board of Directors of the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority, with effect from the 16th of June 2023 up to the 4th of July 2025. The appointment of Samuel Thiongo Mwangi, Agnes Mwichigi, George Onyango Ndonji, Mohamed Awale, Caroline Muthoni Mwangi (Dr.) and Peter Shikuku Amisi (Eng.) is revoked.
3. The Chief Justice has appointed Leonard Joseph Wanjogu Mwangi to be a member of the Auctioneers Licensing Board for a period of three(3) years with effect from 8th June 2023.
4. The Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints George Murugu Muthui as Chairperson, Susan N. Mambo (Dr.), Alexander Curtis Nthiwa Musau, Langat Kipngeno Daniel, Alice Nyomenda Nyaeri, Lilian Atieno Ogombo (Eng.) and Joshua Kiptoo as members of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023. The appointment effected vide Gazette Notice No. 10641/2021 is revoked. 
5. The Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development appoints Sophie Chekorir Sang, Col. Rtd. Iya Jillo Gababo, John Mwaniki Gitari, Joyce Kathambi Muchena, Isaac Kipyego Maiyo, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Development Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023. The appointments effected vide Gazette Notice No. 10667/2021 and 5525/2022 are revoked.
6. The Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry appoints Faith Mwaura to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Development Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023. The appointment* of Mboche Waithaka is revoked.
7. The Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry appoints Grace A. Otieno and Judith Kerich, as members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Accreditation Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023. The appointments effected vide Gazette Notice Nos. 8264/2022, and 9546/2022 are revoked.
8. The Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, appoints Pauline Chelimo Tuwei to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Postal Corporation of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023. The appointments effected vide Gazette Notice Nos. 10678/2021, 8267/2022 and 7003/2022 are revoked.
9. The Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development appoints Hussein Mohammed to be a member of the Board of Directors of the New Kenya Cooperative Creameries Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023. 
10. The Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development appoints Timothy Kihara Ngure and Methuselah Langat Rono to be members of the Board of Directors of the SACCO Societies Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023. The appointments effected vide Gazette Notice Nos. 11500/2021 and 6230/2022 are revoked.
11. The Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection appoints Mark Joseph Obuya to be a member of the National Industrial Training Board, for a period of four (4) years, with effect from the 17th of April 2023. The appointment of Mike Macharia is revoked.
12. The Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Gender and Affirmative Action appoints Bendera Wilson and Sam Ogola, to be members of the National Government Affirmative Action Fund Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th of June 2023. The appointments of the chairperson and members, effected vide Gazette Notice Nos. 10687/2021 and 10688/2021 are revoked.
13. The Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry appoints Justin Kabuiku, Jedidah Karwitha (Dr.), Hamara Ibrahim Adan, Metett Kibet Robert and Davies Musau Ndambuki, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Forestry Research Institute, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023.
14. The Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry appoints Adan Omar Enow to be a member of the Kenya Water Towers Agency Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 16th June 2023. 
15. The Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, Sports and the Arts appoints Hillary S. Mulama and Catherine M. Githogori, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Film Commission for a period of three (3) years with effect from 16th June 2023.
