CUSTOMS AND BORDER CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Chief Manager, ICDN, has gazetted a notice that unless the goods mentioned therein are entered and removed from the Customs Warehouse within thirty (30) days from the date of the notice, they will be sold by public auction on the 9th November, 2022. Interested buyers may view the goods at the Customs Warehouse, ICDE on November 7, 2022, and November 8, 2022, during office hours.

Transfer of business
Coulson Harney, LLP has gazetted a notice that the nursery, primary, secondary education and student boarding business carried on by Hillcrest Investments Limited (Company No: CPR/2011/41234) (“Transferor”) under the names “Hillcrest”, “Hillcrest Secondary”, Hillcrest International”, “Hillcrest Preparatory”, “Hillcrest Early Years” and “Hillcrest Kindergarten” at the Hillcrest school facilities in Langata Road, Karen, Nairobi, will, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent, be transferred to Braeburn Schools Limited (Company No. C.111385) (“Transferee”) pursuant to the terms of a business and asset transfer agreement entered into between the Transferor and Transferee on the 14th September, 2022 (the “Agreement”).

The Registrar of Political Parties has gazetted a notice that National Rainbow Coalition intends to change its party official for the position of 2nd Vice- Chairperson (Youth) from Mohamed Gabowkharbat to Kelvin Mutua. Any person with written submissions concerning the intended change by the political party shall within seven (7)days from the date of the publication, deposit them with the Registrar of Political Parties.
