The Court of Appeal Recess
The Court of Appeal Easter Recess shall start on Wednesday, 8th April, 2020 and end on Wednesday, 22nd April, 2020. During the recess, the registries of the court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon on all weekdays except public holidays.

Digital Lending Market Inquiry/ Sector Study
The Competition Authority intends to carry out a sector study into the regulated and unregulated digital credit markets in Kenya under financial support from Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA). Financial Sector Deepening (FSD-Kenya) and IPA will also extend technical support to the study.
