Environmental Impact Assessment

  • The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has received an Environmental Impact Assessment Study Report for the proposed residential apartment and borehole on land parcel plot L.R. No . 26806/12, located in South C area, Nairobi City County. NEMA invites members of the public to submit oral or written comments within thirty (30) days from 21st January 2022 to the Director-General, NEMA, to assist the Authority in the decision making process regarding this project.
  • The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has received an Environmental Impact Assessment Study Report for the proposed apartments’ development on plot L.R. No. Dagoretti/Riruta/4261 off Naivasha Road in Kawangware, Nairobi City County. NEMA invites members of the public to submit oral or written comments within thirty (30) days from 21st January 2022 to the Director-General, NEMA, to assist the Authority in the decision making process regarding this project.
