Bamburi Cement Plc has appointed Geoffrey Ndugwa as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 April 2026, succeeding Mohit Kapoor, who exits after overseeing a key stabilization phase for the business. Mr. Ndugwa, a seasoned leader within the Holcim Group, brings over two decades of executive experience across sub-Saharan Africa, most recently serving as Mergers and Acquisitions Projects Director for the Holcim MEA Region and previously as CEO of Lafarge South Africa.
