12th Parliament 2017 – 2019 – Session 15
This is a Bill sponsored by the Leader of Majority Hon. Aden Duale to make various, wide ranging amendments to various health-related statutes on matters relating to health policy.
The Bill will therefore affect the following Acts:- Radiation Protection Act; the Medical Practitioners Nurses Act; the Kenya Medical Training Act; the Nutritionist and Dieticians Act; The Kenya Medical Supplies Authority Act; The Counsellor and Physchologists Act; the Physiotherapists Act among others.
