- Adoption of the Report of the Committee on Regional Integration on the consideration of reports from the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) during the Fourth Meeting of the Second Session of the Fifth Assembly. (Debate resumed; balance of time – 2 hours).
- Adoption of the Report of the Departmental Committee on Environment, Forestry and Mining on Sessional Paper No. 5 of 2024 on the National Green Fiscal Incentives Policy Framework, which seeks approval of the policy framework to promote green fiscal measures in Kenya.
- Adoption of the First Report of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee on the status of implementation of the Constitution by the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, the National Land Commission, and the National Gender and Equality Commission.
- Adoption of the Report of the Special Funds Accounts Committee on the audited accounts of the Judiciary Mortgage Scheme Fund for financial years 2011/2012 to 2021/2022.

Motions
- Adoption of the Report of the Committee of the Whole House on the Assisted Reproductive Technology Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 61 of 2022), moved by Hon. Millie Odhiambo-Mabona. The House agreed with the report except for Clauses 2, 8, 14, 27, 30, and 52, which were deferred for further consideration. (Question to be put).
- Motion on Allocation of HELB Funds to Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Students – Hon. Abdi Shurie called on the Government to facilitate issuance of HELB loans to KMTC students, noting that about 40% of the 70,000 students require financial aid. The motion further seeks approval for the National Treasury to release Ksh 1.5 billion to HELB under Article 223 of the Constitution, to be regularised through the Third Supplementary Estimates III for FY 2024/2025.

- Exceptional Motion – Tributes of the House
Co-sponsored by the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party, the House moved to record tributes in honour of the late Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga, EGH, former Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya. The motion followed the Presidential Proclamation of 15th October 2025 announcing his passing, and was moved pursuant to Standing Order 259D(1). Members paid tribute to the late statesman for his distinguished service to the nation, his immense contribution to democracy, peace, and stability, and his continental leadership and legacy in public service.
The Senate is on recess and will resume on 28th October 2025.
