Communication from the chair.

The Speaker, Hon. Justine Muturi reported to the House that he has received a message from the President seeking the National Assembly’s approval for the appointment of Ms. Immaculate Kassait as the Data Commissioner. The message and the curriculum vitae of the nominee were referred to the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation to undertake the necessary approval hearings.
