Appointment of Ambassador to the Foreign Service

The President of the Republic of Kenya has appointed Kosiom Frank Ole Kibelekenya as an Ambassador within the Foreign Service of the Republic of Kenya, pursuant to the powers conferred under Article 132(2)(e) of the Constitution. The appointment takes effect from 23rd March 2026.

National Economic and Social Council – Amendment

The Government has allocated conditional additional funds to county governments and respective municipalities under the Kenya Urban Support Programme Phase Two, financed through an International Development Association (World Bank) credit.
