PUBLIC SECTOR

The Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning has notified the general public that a Regulatory Impact Statement on the proposed Sectional Properties Regulations, 2021 to effect the implementation of the Sectional Properties Act, 2020 has been prepared to assess the impact of the regulations on the community and businesses.

The Kenya Engineering Technology Registration Board has gazetted particulars of persons as validly registered and licensed as per the provisions of the Act in their respective categories.

A list of valuers licensed to practice in 2021 has been gazetted.

The Agriculture and Food Authority has proposed to grant licenses to some listed applicants. Objections to the proposed grant of license with respect to any applicant, should be lodged in writing with the Agriculture and Food Authority within fourteen (14) days.

The registration of Transline Galaxy Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd Registration No. CS/2575 has been cancelled.

Notice has been given to the Kenya Union of Commercial Food and Allied Workers that a change of the Constitution has been received.

The National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya National Highway Authority intends to correct and listed parcels required for Nairobi Expressway Road Project in Nairobi County

 APPOINTMENTS AND REVOCATIONS

The Attorney-General has appointed RUTH AURA (DR.) and ELIJAH KANDIE ROTTOK to be a member of the Board of the National Legal Aid Service, for a period of five (5) years. 

The Attorney-General has revoked the appointment of Jedidah Wakonyo Waruhiu to be a member of the National Legal Aid Service.

UNCLAIMED ASSETS

The Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority has received claims for unclaimed assets from persons claiming as administrators of the estates of deceased persons and agents of the original owners. Notice has been given that if no objection has been lodged at the offices of the Authority within thirty (30) days, payment will be made to the persons.

LOGISTICS

The Commissioner of Customs and Border Control notifies the public that Gazette Notice No. 3530 of 2020 on Cessation of Warehousing of Goods is revoked. 

Notice has been given to the owners of the motor vehicle reg. Nos. KAV 301G, KAM 77H, ZB 5829, ZB 4736 and ZB 8589, to take delivery of the same from the yard of Cyberfreight Limited within (30) days and upon payment of storage and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by either public auction or private treaty, without any further notice.  

DISSOLUTIONS

The Registrar of Companies has given notice that listed companies shall be struck off from the register of companies at the expiry of three (3) months and has invited any person to show cause why the companies should not be struck off the register. 

It has been notified for general information that listed companies have been dissolved and their names shall be struck off the register of companies.
