THE JUDICIARY
The Principal Judge of the High Court has nominated Hon Justice Richard Mwongo, the Presiding Judge of Kerugoya High Court, as a member of the High Court Advisory Committee for a period of three (3) years with effect from October 27, 2022.
ENERGY SECTOR
- Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has notified the general public that it has considered the tariff application made by Erdemann Property Limited and approved a floating tariff of 7% below the Kenya Power and Lighting Company retail tariff rates at the Great Wall Gardens 2 Machakos County with effect from the November 1, 2022.
- Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has notified the general public that it has considered the tariff application made by Thika Road Mall Holdings Limited and approved a floating tariff of 10% below the Kenya Power and Lighting Company retail tariff rates at the Thika Road Mall Nairobi City County with effect from the November 1, 2022.
- Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has notified the general public that it has reviewed and approved the applicable Kenya Pipeline Company’s (KPQ multiyear pipeline transport tariff for the tariff control period 2022/2023 – 2024/2025).
