The Land Act, Deletion and Addendum for Kenol–Sagana–Marua Road Project
The National Land Commission, on behalf of the Kenya National Highways Authority, has announced a deletion and addendum concerning parcels of land required for the construction of the Kenol–Sagana–Marua Road Project in Nyeri and Kirinyaga Counties. Plans for the affected land may be inspected at the National Land Commission offices in Nairobi (Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305) and in Nyeri and Kirinyaga Counties.
The Land Act, Deletion, Corrigendum, and Addendum for Kenol–Sagana–Marua Road Project
The National Land Commission, on behalf of the Kenya National Highways Authority, has issued a notice of deletion, correction, and addition of parcels of land required for the Kenol–Sagana–Marua (A2) Road Project in Kirinyaga and Nyeri Counties. Details of the affected parcels are available in the official schedule and can be reviewed at the National Land Commission’s offices.

The order includes surrender of original logbooks, keys, and registration of a caveat against the vehicle. The preservation order is valid for ninety (90) days from 14th May, 2025.
