Other Notices

  • The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) pursuant to the provisions of sections 42 and 248 of the East African Community Customs Management Act, 2004, has issued a notice of goods at the Customs Warehouse in Mombasa, which have been condemned, shall within thirty (30) days of this notice be treated as abandoned and will be disposed of by destruction or otherwise disposed of in such manner as Commissioner may direct.
  • The Teachers Service Commission in the exercise of powers conferred by section 30 (1) (e) of the Teachers Service Commission Act Chapter 212 of the laws of Kenya, has notified the public of persons whose names have been removed from the Register of Teachers pursuant to the provision of section 30 (2) of the Teachers Service Commission Act.

 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

  • Shamji Kalyan Pindoria Limited intends to construct a residential development consisting of Phase 3-17 with a total of 1210 Units. Notices of Liquidation

  • Pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015, the Official Receiver was appointed as Liquidator of the property of Ali Barbour’s Restaurant Limited (the Company), following a Resolution of Creditors’ of the Company passed on the 18th August 2023.

Creditors of the company are required on or before the 25th September 2023 to send full particulars of all the claims by filing their Proof of Debts (Form No. 5), they may have against the company to the undersigned, the liquidator of the company, personally or by his advocates, to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Take further notice that the Official Receiver, acting as liquidator of Ali Barbour’s Restaurant Limited shall hold a creditors’ meeting on 28 September 2023 at 12.00 noon.
