MP, Emurua Dikirr Constituency  

Johana Ng’eno has represented Emurua Dikirr Constituency in Narok County since 2017, winning re-election in 2022 and cementing his position as one of the more outspoken voices in Kenya’s 13th Parliament. Known for his direct communication style and strong political stance, Ng’eno has established a reputation as a legislator who does not shy away from public debate, especially on issues of governance, party discipline, and national leadership.  

Educated in Narok before pursuing further studies in business-related fields, Ng’eno’s political support remains deeply rooted in grassroots mobilisation. In Emurua Dikirr, he has focused on infrastructure improvements, education bursary support through the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF), and initiatives to empower youth economically.  

Within Parliament, his contributions have covered fiscal oversight, constitutional debate, and coalition politics. As political alignments continue to shift ahead of the 2027 general elections, Ng’eno remains a prominent and active figure in Kenya’s legislative and political scene, balancing constituency advocacy with national political engagement.
