Public Service and Human Capital Development Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi has squarely attributed responsibility to President William Ruto and the National Intelligence Service (NIS) for the chilling abductions. This week, the CS revealed that his son, Leslie Muturi, was taken on June 22, 2024, only to be freed following a direct intervention from the President on June 23, 2024.
