NAKURU | The National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya National Highways Authority gave notice that the National Government intends to acquire several parcels of land for the construction of a Static Weighbridge at the Suswa area Along Narok – Mai Mahiu (B7) Road in Nakuru County. |

KILIFI | Ruth Dama Masha, (Dr.), the County Executive Committee Member for Gender, Youth, Sports, and Social Services has formulated the Kilifi County Anti-Gender Based Violence Policy. The aim of the policy is to provide a framework for the prevention, response, and elimination of Gender-Based Violence in Kilifi County. |
KERICHO | Notice is given that the Pdp No: R 22/2024/03 – Proposed Regularization of Existing Site for Residential Development Plan was on the 31st January 2025 completed. Comments on the plan are to be submitted in writing to the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development within 60 days from 7th March 2025 |
NAIROBI | The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has received an Environmental Impact Assessment Study Report for the proposed construction of a Hotel and associated amenities on Plot L.R. No. Nairobi/Block 165/1298 And 1299, Mombasa Road For D And G Airport Apartments Limited, Old Mombasa Road, Nairobi City County. Comments on the plan can be submitted within thirty (30) days from 7th March to the Director-General, NEMA, to assist the Authority in the decision-making process regarding this project. Comments can also be emailed to dgnema@nema.go.ke
