| MERU | The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission declares that Lindah Gakii Kiome met the qualifications and requirements of the Constitution and the Elections Act, 2011, to be appointed as the Deputy County Governor and was sworn in as Deputy Governor on 30th May, 2025 by the County Assembly of Meru. |

| MOMBASA | The National Land Commission, on behalf of Kenya Ports Authority (KPA), gave notice that the National Government intends to acquire several parcels of land for the Mombasa Port Area Road Development Project in Mombasa County. Plans for the affected land may be inspected during office hours at the office of the National Land Commission, Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and at the National Land Commission’s County Co-ordinator’s Office in Mombasa County.
The National Land Commission, on behalf of the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), corrects the place of holding inquiries for the Construction of Mombasa Gate Bridge Project – Bridge Approaches (Mgb) Project. |

| TURKANA | Notice was given that the preparation of the Local Physical and Land Use Development Plans for Metipso (Plan Ref. No. R/B/770/2025/01, Umoja Settlement (Plan No. KBK/30/2025/01/), Kabimoi (Plan Ref. No: R/B/362/2025/01), Kampi Turkana (Plan) and Kampi Samaki (Plan Ref. No:R/B/355/2025/01 plans was on the 1st April, 2025 completed.

PDP No. KUR/1861/2025/02 –Existing Commercial Site in Isebania Town – Migori County part development plans were completed.
