| MANDERA |
Alice Wahome, Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County Government of Mandera, has developed the Adjudication Programme for several communities in Mandera County. The Cabinet Secretary shall proceed to publish the notices of the intention to survey, demarcate for registration of communities and community land in the Schedule in accordance with section 8 (4) of the Community Land Act and any other law relating to adjudication of titles to land. |

- Alice Wahome, Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County Government of Baringo, has developed the Adjudication Programme for the Korosi in Baringo County. The Cabinet Secretary shall proceed to publish the notices of the intention to survey, demarcate for registration of communities and community land in the Schedule in accordance with section 8 (4) of the Community Land Act and any other law relating to adjudication of titles to land.
- There is established a Community Development Agreement Committee in respect of the Community Development Agreement entered into between Kakori Community in Tiaty Sub-county in Baringo County and Chuanshan International Mining Company Limited.

Mutula Kilonzo Junior, Governor of Makueni County, appointed several persons to be members of the Selection Panel for recruitment of nominees for appointment as Chairperson and Members of Makueni County Public Service Board. |

County Executive Committee Member for Health appointed several persons to be members of the Health Facility Management Committees for a period of three (3) years with effect from the date herein. |
| TAITA TAVETA |
The County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning has granted the following waivers on unpaid land rates:
- A waiver of Forty Percent (40%) on all unpaid land rates, provided that the remaining sixty percent (60%) of the outstanding principal is paid in full on or before the 15th October 2025.
- A waiver of One Hundred Percent (100%) on all penalties and interest accrued on land rates, provided that the outstanding principal is paid in full within on or before 15th October 2025.
