| MAKUENI |
Mutula Kilonzo Jr., Governor, notified the public that on 19th May, 2025, the County Government of Makueni entered into an Intergovernmental Partnership Agreement with the Ministry of Education for the issuance of bursaries and scholarships within Makueni County. A copy of the agreement is available for inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member, ICT, Education and Internship. |

The Governor appointed five members to the Selection Panel for the Recruitment of Nominees for appointment as Members of the Bungoma County Public Service Board, effective from 11th September, 2025, including CS Elizabeth Wanyonyi, Saul Wasilwa, CPA Rita Nabalayo Manyonge, Chemonges Stephen, and Julius Bakasa. |

The County Director of Environment announced completion of seven Part Development Plans for proposed residential plots in Malindi Municipality (55.MLD.2025.1 through 55.MLD.2025.7) on 27th August, 2025. Copies are available for public inspection, with 60 days for representations or objections. |
| MURANG’A |
The County Government intends to commence preparation of the Kathangi Estate Zoning Plan and Regulations (approximately 110 ha) on 24th September, 2025. The plan will provide a spatial framework for controlling development and environmental protection. Comments may be submitted by 15th October, 2025. |

The County Executive Committee Member for Agriculture, Livestock and Aquaculture Development notified the public of the intention to issue a Coffee Miller Licence to Cosato Coffee Mill Limited. Objections must be forwarded within fourteen (14) days of publication. |

The Speaker of the County Assembly appointed Saturday, 4th October, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. as a special sitting to discuss the report of the Select Committee on the Removal of County Executive Committee Members, following resolutions passed on 23rd and 24th September, 2025. |
| VIHIGA |
The County Executive Committee Member for Water and Sanitation appointed the Board of Directors of Amatsi Water Services Company Limited, including representatives from all six sub-counties (Tiriki East, Vihiga, Emuhaya, Sabatia, Hamisi, and Luanda) for varying terms, with effect from 2nd October, 2025. |
