A copy of the EIA report can be downloaded at www.nema.go.ke. NEMA invites members of the public to submit oral or written comments within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Director General, NEMA, to assist the Authority in the decision-making process for this project. Notice is hereby given that unless the overstayed goods are entered and removed from the custody of the Customs Warehouse Keeper at the Inland Container Depot, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days of this notice, they will be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of EACCMA, 2004, including being sold by public auction from 6th October to 10th October 2025 through an online portal https://ibid.kra.go.ke.
