NOTICE is given that the preparation of PDP No. MIG/133/2025/04 –Existing site for Migori County Referral Hospital (MCRH) development plans were completed. The Chief Magistrate’s Court at Malindi intends to apply to the Chief Justice for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the Chief Magistrate’s Court Criminal cases between the years 2015 to 2017 and Traffic Cases for the year 2017. All exhibits to which no claim is substantiated before the destruction of all the records shall be deemed to be part of the records for destruction. |
