Intergovernmental Partnership Agreement on Bursaries and Scholarships – Mombasa County The National Government through the Ministry of Education and the County Government of Mombasa have entered into an intergovernmental partnership agreement on the issuance of bursaries and scholarships. The agreement provides a framework for shared education support functions, promotes accountability, and enhances equitable access to education. The agreement became effective on 1st June 2025. The County Governments Act (Cap. 265), The Water Act (Cap. 275), and The Water (Services) Regulations, 2025 Isiolo Water and Sewerage Company Limited, Selection Panel Appointment The Governor of Isiolo County has appointed members to a Selection Panel responsible for recruiting seven external members of the Board of Directors of the Isiolo Water and Sewerage Company Limited. The Panel’s mandate includes advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting recommendations to the Governor. The appointment is valid for thirty (30) days, and Gazette Notice No. 13364 of 15th September 2025 is revoked.
