Copies of the plans have been deposited for free public inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Infrastructure, Land and Physical Planning, Housing, Energy and Urban Development, and the County Physical Planning office in Nanyuki, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on official working days. Any interested person or organization may submit written representations or objections within 60 days from the date of publication to the CECM at the Laikipia County offices in Nanyuki.

| Nandi County Environment Committee Appointment
The Governor of Nandi County has appointed members to the Nandi County Environment Committee for a three-year term, starting from the date of the notice. The committee includes representatives from county departments, national agencies, civil society, and the private sector. It will coordinate environmental management, advise the county government, and ensure compliance with national environmental laws. |

| Narok | The Governor of Narok County, Patrick Keturet ole Ntutu, has revoked the appointment of Sylvia Nashipae Kenga as Secretary and CEO of the Narok County Public Service Board.
Her appointment, originally made in 2025 for a six-year term, was revoked following a resolution by the Narok County Assembly on 23rd January 2026.

| Mandera | The Land Act (Cap. 280) Reservation of Public Land to the Kenya Medical Training College, Mandera
The National Land Commission has reserved and vested the land parcel Mandera Municipality Block 9/191, measuring approximately 18.84 hectares in Mandera County, to the Kenya Medical Training College, Mandera. The land is to be used solely for a medical training college and ancillary services, and the management body must comply with specific conditions including development planning, environmental and conservation requirements, and proper land management.
