John Mbadi, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning, has gazetted the Statement of Actual Revenues and Net Exchequer Issues for the period ending 30th September 2025, detailing the government’s revenue performance, expenditures across ministries and agencies, development disbursements, public debt servicing, and equitable share allocations to county governments.

SCHEDULE OF TARIFFS 2023 FOR ELECTRICITY TARIFFS, CHARGES, PRICES AND RATES
FUEL ENERGY COST CHARGE
PURSUANT to clause 1 of Part III of the Schedule of Tariffs 2023, notice is given that all prices for electrical energy specified in Part II of the said Schedule will be liable to a fuel energy cost charge of plus 381 Kenya cents per kWh for all meter readings to be taken in November, 2025.
FOREIGN EXCHANGE FLUCTUATION ADJUSTMENT
PURSUANT to Clause 2 of Part III of the Schedule of Tariffs 2023, Notice is given that all prices for electrical energy specified in Part II of the said Schedule will be liable to a foreign exchange fluctuation adjustment of plus 95.89 cents per kWh for all meter readings taken in November, 2025.
WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY LEVY
PURSUANT to Clause 5 of Part III of the Schedule of Tariffs 2023, Notice is given that all prices for electrical energy specified in Part II -(A) of the said Schedule will be liable to a Water Resource Management Authority (WRMA) levy of plus 1.29 cents per kWh for all meter readings taken in November 2025.

LIST OF OVERSTAYED BROWN SUGAR AT LOITOKTOK CUSTOMS WAREHOUSE
The Kenya Revenue Authority has issued a public notice on a consignment of brown sugar that has overstayed at the Loitoktok Customs Warehouse. The authority has announced that the unclaimed sugar will be classified as abandoned if not cleared within 30 days. Should owners fail to remove the goods, the sugar will be disposed of through a public online auction scheduled for 5–9 January 2026 on the KRA iBid portal. Prospective buyers are invited to inspect the consignment at the Loitoktok Customs Warehouse on 29 and 30 December 2025 during official working hours.

APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA COUNCIL OF KENYA
The Selection Panel considering the applications submitted vide Gazette Notice No. 10092 of 2025 publishes the names of all the applicants and shortlisted candidates for the positions of members of the Media Council of Kenya. The shortlisted candidates are expected to appear before the Selection Panel on the dates and times indicated. The interviews shall be conducted at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD), Muranga Road, Ngara at Nairobi.

The applicants include Primestake Media Limited for Mbinu TV, Stremwave Media Limited for Stream News TV who are both seeking commercial free-to-air television licences and Holly Integrated Development Project for Lwanda Radio, applying for a community FM radio licence.

HIRAM GACHUGI, the Deputy Registrar of Companies has gazetted a list of companies that have been dissolved.
He has also published a notice that at the expiration of three (3) months from the date of this gazette, the names of companies that shall unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the register of companies and the companies shall be dissolved.
