US Embassy in Kenya Announces Disruption After Govt Shutdown
The United States Embassy in Nairobi has announced that the shutdown of the United States federal government will affect some of the embassy’s operations in Kenya. This follows the U.S. government entering a shutdown at midnight on Wednesday, 30 October, after lawmakers in the Senate failed to pass a crucial short-term funding bill.
