Any member of the public or institution who wishes to object to the admission of any of the persons named to do so in writing to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary within thirty (30) days of the notice.

It is notified for the general information that fifty-five (55) Advocates of the High Court of Kenya were appointed to be Commissioners for Oaths for as long as they continue to practice as such Advocates and the Commission is not revoked.

THE INSURANCE ACT (Cap. 487),INTENTION TO APPLY FOR AMALGAMATION OF GENERAL INSURANCE BUSINESS SANLAM GENERAL INSURANCE LIMITED -AND- JUBILEE ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE (K) LIMITED

Transfer all its general insurance policies to Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (K) Limited (Purchaser), effective 31st December 2023. Both companies will jointly apply to the Insurance Regulatory Authority for approval of the transfer under Section 113 of the Insurance Act. The transferred policies will be merged into the Purchaser’s existing general insurance business.
