The Governor, Kisumu County, appoints James Obondi Otieno (Dr.), Bill Otieno, Dinah Anyango Liech (Dr.), Jenifer Atieno Adum (Ms.), CHRC. Ruth Atieno Koga, Ambrose Jagongo (Dr.), and Joshua Oluoch Ochieng to be Members of the Kisumu County Public Service Board.

Siaya THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT ACT (No. 17 of 2012), COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF SIAYA, COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD, APPOINTMENT. 

The Governor of Siaya County appoints Eng. Collins Gordon O. James to be the Chairperson of the Siaya County Public Service Board, for six (6) years, with effect from 4th June, 2024.

The Speaker may, on the request of the Leader of the Majority Party or the Leader of the Minority Party, appoint a day for a special sitting of the House”, has appointed Tuesday, the 22nd July, 2025 (morning) as a day for a special sitting of the County Assembly. The Order Paper for the said Special Sitting will be available in the Office of the Clerk of the County Assembly and will also be published on the County Assembly Website in due course.

PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 26(1)–(4) of the County

It is notified for the information of Members of the County Assembly of Kilifi and the general public that there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly to be held on Monday the 21st July, 2025 at the County Assembly Chambers, Malindi at 9.30 a.m. The business to be transacted shall be election of the Speaker of the County Assembly.

Narok THE RECORDS DISPOSAL (COURT) RULES (Cap. 14 Sub. Leg.), IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT NAROK INTENDED DESTRUCTION OF COURT RECORDS

The Registrar intends to the Chief Justice, for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Narok for Criminal Matters between 2017 and 2020 and Traffic Matters from 2017 to 2019. A comprehensive list of all condemned records that qualify to be disposed can be obtained and perused at the Chief Magistrate’s Court registry, Narok.
