Kenya Launches Foreign Policy Document
Kenya has unveiled its revised foreign policy document for 2024, replacing the 2014 framework introduced by former President Uhuru Kenyatta. The new policy reflects the country’s evolving diplomatic priorities in an increasingly chaotic global landscape. The updated framework was launched on Monday at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) by Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi. The event coincided with the commemoration of Kenya’s 60th anniversary of diplomacy, ahead of national celebrations this week.
