Kitui County Kitui Municipal Board—Appointment

The following individuals have been appointed as members of the Kitui Municipal Board:

Machakos County Mavoko Municipality—Transfer of Functions

The County Government of Machakos has transferred several functions, including refuse collection, water and sanitation services, road maintenance, recreational park management, street lighting, and municipal administration services to Mavoko Municipality effective from the date of this notice.

Tala/Kangundo Municipality—Transfer of Functions

The County Government of Machakos has transferred similar functions to Tala/Kangundo Municipality effective from the date of this notice.

Machakos County Budget Economic Forum—Appointment

The following individuals have been appointed as members of the Machakos County Budget Economic Forum:

Their role is defined under section 137 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012.

Migori The County Government of Migori announces the completion of several Part Development Plans (PDPs) within Awendo Municipality as of August 26, 2024. These include residential and commercial sites around the Awendo Sub-County Offices, Rapogi Junction, Rinya Road, and near Sony South SDA Church. Copies of the PDPs are available for public inspection at the offices of the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, County Director of Physical Planning, and Awendo Sub-County Offices. Interested parties may submit objections or representations in writing within 60 days from the date of this notice to the CECM, Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Migori County.
Homa Bay The County Government of Homa Bay announces the completion of a Part Development Plan for the existing site of the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) Homa Bay Office within Homa Bay Municipality, completed on August 15, 2024. Copies are available for public inspection at the CECM’s office for Lands, Physical Planning, Housing, and Urban Development in Homa Bay County. Objections or representations can be submitted in writing within 60 days from the date of this publication.
Wair  Intention to Prepare Local Physical and Land Use Development Plan for Wajir Municipality

The County Government of Homa Bay announces the completion of a Part Development Plan for the existing site of the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) Homa Bay Office within Homa Bay Municipality, completed on August 15, 2024. Copies are available for public inspection at the CECM’s office for Lands, Physical Planning, Housing, and Urban Development in Homa Bay County. Objections or representations can be submitted in writing within 60 days from the date of this publication.
