The Attorney-General has designated the establishment of 316, Upper Hill Chambers, to be the Companies Registry for the purposes of the Act.

       Establishment
 Chief Justice Martha Koome has established Kapsabet High Court with supervisory jurisdiction over Kapsabet, Kabiyet and Tinderet magistrate courts with effect from 16th January 2023.
