Statement
- Senate Majority Leader Samuel Poghisio made a Statement on the Business of the Senate.
Motion
- The Senate approved the raising of the debt ceiling by the National Government to KSh10 trillion. The Motion was passed.
- Senate Majority Leader Samuel Poghisio moved that the Election Campaign Financing (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bills No. 37 of 2021) be read a second time. The Motion failed.
- Senate Majority Leader Samuel Poghisio moved a motion on adjournment of the Senate ‘Sine Die’.
