Appointments

The Chief Justice has re-appointed the Secretary and members of the Auctioneers Licensing Board.

Notices

The Christmas Recess of the High Court and Courts of Equal Status shall commence on 21st December, 2020 and terminate on 13th January, 2021, both days inclusive. Recess Duty Judges shall be appointed to hear and try matters arising during Recess.

FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR

The Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority has published in the Kenya Gazette claims for unclaimed assets from persons claiming to be administrators of the estates of deceased persons and agents of the original owners. If no objection is lodged at the offices of the Authority within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, payment will be made to the people.

TRADE & MANUFACTURING SECTOR

  • Unpicked goods will be sold at the Customs Warehouse — ICDE, Nairobi by public auction on 18th November, 2020. Interested buyers may view the goods at the Customs Warehouse, ICDE on 13th and 16th November, 2020 during office hours 
  • The Agriculture and Food Authorityhas published in the Kenya Gazette a list of applicants for grant of licenses.
