The Secretariat will oversee WSPU Kenya’s policies and programmes, strategic planning, resource mobilisation and organisational management.

The National Land Commission will hold an inquiry on 16th September 2026 at the Upper Matasia Chief’s Office regarding the compulsory acquisition of six land parcels for the Ngong–Kiserian–Isinya and Kajiado–Imaroro Roads Project, covering ownership, compensation and other related claims.

The National Land Commission intends to compulsorily acquire land in Baringo, Elgeyo Marakwet and West Pokot counties on behalf of the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) for construction of the Barpello–Tot–Sigor–Marich Pass (B17) Road, including the proposed 7.023 km Chesegon Bypass.

The High Court has declared six motor vehicles linked to Cecilia Nyathira Wanjiru, Roba Hassan Boru and Mohammed Juma Guyo as proceeds of crime and ordered their forfeiture to the Government, with ownership to be transferred to the Assets Recovery Agency.

The High Court has declared motor vehicle KDP 137N, a Toyota Mark X registered to Car House Limited, as proceeds and/or an instrument of crime and ordered its forfeiture to the Government, with ownership to be transferred to the Assets Recovery Agency.
THE POLITICAL PARTIES ACT (Cap. 7D) ALLOCATION OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES FUND
The Registrar of Political Parties has allocated Political Parties Fund resources to 48 eligible political parties for FY 2026/27, with UDA receiving the largest allocation at KSh 549.97 million, followed by ODM at KSh 293.78 million and Jubilee Party at KSh 128.86 million. The funds will be disbursed quarterly subject to receipt from the National Treasury.
