  3. Clarification on whether there are established guidelines for the operations of the personnel to ensure that vulnerable persons, particularly the poor and the elderly, are not coerced or unduly influenced to register for the programme
  4. A comparative analysis of the financial implications and benefits of the Social Health Authority (SHA) and the defunct National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) for both the formal and informal sectors
  5. An explanation on how SHA has affected the health benefits previously provided under NHIF, and state how quality service delivery is prioritised over revenue generation
  6. The justification for the mandatory migration of the details of NHIF contributors to SHA, and what measures have been taken to ensure data protection laws are not violated in the process
  7. How SHA ensures comprehensive health coverage for entire households year-round, preventing depletion of benefits by individual members
  8. What challenges at NHIF necessitated the transition to SHA, and the rationale behind the establishment of the three health funds under SHA, namely the Social Health Insurance Fund, the Primary Healthcare Fund and the Emergency, Chronic and Critical Illness Fund
