Notice of Motion

  • Suspension of the Sitting of the Senate outside Nairobi for the Fourth Session, 2020
  • The Senate resolved to renew the mandate of the Committee by a further period of 34 days to enable the Ad hoc Committee to conclude its work and table its report in the Senate on or before 8th September, 2020.

Motion

  • The Senate adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget on the Third Basis for Revenue Allocation Among the County Governments, laid on the Table of the Senate on Monday, 13th July, 2020, and that pursuant to Article 217 of the Constitution, approves the proposed Third Basis for Revenue Allocation among the County Governments as contained in the Report.
