Clement Muturi Kigano is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for Kangema Constituency in Murang’a County. Clement Kigano has been a member of Jubilee Party (JP), since 2017 and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of Republic of Kenya representing Kangema Constituency. Clement Kigano was born 1946. Clement Kigano started his education, from 1960 to 1964, at Njiris High School for acquire a Cambridge Certificate. In 1965, he went to Kenya School of Law to study law and then in 1980, he traveled to the University of Birmingham to pursue a Master of Business Administration. His work expereience is as follows: In 1970, Clement Kigano was first got a job at Agricultural Finance Corporation as a Company Secretary. Since 1971, he has been a Self employed where he works as an Advocate. In 2017, Clement Kigano joined the Kenya National Assembly as a Member of Parliament for Kangema Constituency. He is currently a member of the following committees: Committee on Delegated Legislation and Departmental Committee on Energy. He is currently the chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Justice & Legal Affairs.
