Miruka Ondieki Alfah is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for Bomachoge Chache Constituency in Kisii County. Miruka Alfah has been a member of the Kenya National Congress (KNC), since 2017 and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of Republic of Kenya representing Bomachoge Chache Constituency.

In 1988, Miruka Alfah went to Getare Primary School for his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and sat for his exam in 1996. In 1997 until 2000, moved to Nyakeiri High School to acquire a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate. In 2003, Miruka Alfah joined the Kenya Institute of Highway & Building Technology (KIHBT) to attain a Diploma in Civil Engineering and in 2016, attended the University of Nairobi to pursue a Degree in Project Planning & Management.

In 2005, he worked at High Bisan Construction Co. Ltd as a Roads Inspector (Bumala – Port Victoria Tarmac Road, Under Resident Engineer) till 2007. From 2008 to 2015, Miruka Alfah was employed at Ogembo Town Council / Ministry of Local Government as Works Officer / Town Engineer. In 2013 till 2017, he was self-employed in Dairy farming and Construction works. In 2017, Miruka Alfah joined the Kenya National Assembly as a Member of Parliament for Bomachoge Chache Constituency. He a member of the following committees: Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation and Constituencies Development Committee.
